I am a born and raised Angeleno who grew up in a little city called Boyle Heights. I was fortunate to have loving parents—a full-time stay-at-home mom and a hard-working father. However, with only one parent’s income, there were limitations between what we wanted and what was needed. Therefore, as a child, I had to adapt and become creative, making some of my own toys and using my imagination to create my own Malibu Barbie dollhouse and furnishings for my dolls.

Never in my wildest childhood dreams did it ever cross my mind that decorating and furnishings could be a career path I could follow. Call it luck or destiny, but my path led me in the right direction, and I was able to start my furnishing career early on. I was very fortunate to work with a high-end, sophisticated, and talented woman-owned furniture manufacturer who gave me the opportunity to learn all that I could under her guidance and believed in me enough to let me run her factory operations before my 21st birthday.

The responsibilities placed upon me not only matured me beyond my years but also opened the doors to many future career opportunities. It was during this time that my love for furnishings, decor, creativity, and the beauty of making the impossible possible was born.

Fast forward to today, my new path has led me to restore, refurbish, and refinish furnishings, bringing them back to their original life, beauty, and glory!

It has been an incredible journey thus far, and I will continue to pursue my passion in the work that I love and enjoy.
